Payment – The Weave Café proudly accepts cash, Visa, and MasterCard. However, with the use of a credit card, a valid form of identification is required.
Gratuity – Gratuity is not included in the prices of our packages and services. At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted. The industry ranges from 15-20% of the service fee. Gratuities are not permitted on credit cards.
Salon Customaries – The Weave Café’s top priority is our customers! If for any reason you are not pleased with your service, notify management promptly and The Weave Café will gladly do our best to ensure satisfaction. Due to the nature of the business, The Weave Café does not offer cash refunds on our merchandise or services, however ,TWC offers a 48 hour policy to return to the salon for any corrections needed to services that you received.
As a convenience, The Weave Café offers Café Bleu Virgin Hair for purchase. If you are not purchasing Café Blue hair, you are required to bring 2 packs of hair.
The Weave Café uses a signature express weaving technique requiring the hair to be shampooed and blown dry prior to arrival. However, The Weave Café offers this service for a nominal fee for hair that is not free of oil and dirt.
The Weave Café will not assume liability for any scalp irritation, abrasions, sores, or chemical/weaving reactions. Tightness, discomfort, burning, and pain are all uncommon side effects after service is rendered, and The Weave Café must be notified immediately.
Payment is collected in advance.
Children – Children are NOT allowed unless being serviced.
Gift Certificates – Gift certificates are non-refundable and are valid for one (1) year.
Cellular Phones – The goal of The Weave Café is to provide a relaxing atmosphere so that all clients may enjoy our services. In an effort to accomplish this, we ask that cell phones be placed on vibrate mode and usage be limited to our Café Lounge area.
Food/Beverages – TWC limits food and drinks to the Cafe’ Lounge area.
Lost/Stolen Items – The Weave Café is not responsible for items lost or stolen.
Privacy Statement/Photos – The Weave Café respects the privacy of all its customers. Personal information (such as, address, phone number and email address) will not be shared, sold, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to unrelated entities. However, TWC reserves the right to use all photos taken of the customers to be used for advertisement purposes only. For customers that desire not to be photographed, please initial here.
