What Our Clients Say

  • I needed a weave in my hair very badly. My own hair is very natural (I haven't had a perm since 11/2011) and the weave that I just took out really damaged my hair and left me with a bald spot in the top of my head the size of a 50-cent piece. I cried when I saw my bald spot. It truly looks horrible.... But anyways, on to The Weave Cafe. I took off work on Friday in the hopes of getting my hair done. I researched all over the internet and I finally chose "Weaves, Etc", which is less than 2 blocks from The Weave Cafe. After sitting in there without EVEN getting serviced from 11am-3pm, I decided to leave and come here. I am glad that I did. The braider (Ashley) was very concerned with the hair loss and braided around the patch and I didn't even feel pain (it really was painful earlier). Ashley was a gentle braider and I felt good coming here. I added the net on to my "Latte" services because I didn't want any of my hair left out.l I was then finished and styled by Irene who took care in weaving around the bald spot and I felt good when I came out. I experienced no pain and will definitely go there again. It was worth the $115 price tag and I know that until my real hair grows back the way I want it to, The Weave Cafe will be the place that I will go when I want a different look! Thanks again!!! I have received compliments from MEN and FEMALES so I know it looks good!!!

  • Home of the $50 weave. Who can go wrong with that? Got there at 10am when they opened and was out by 11:30! I walked in nappy, walked out happy!
